Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy across 7 European markets: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria. The focus will be on building a strong digital ecosystem (websites, e-commerce, automation, social media, content), driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and increasing customer retention.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for B2B and B2C across 7 European markets.
  • Adapt global marketing initiatives to local market needs.
  • Monitor digital trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Oversee all digital platforms: website, e-commerce, self-service tools, and mobile/web apps.
  • Optimize customer experience (UX) and journey (CRO, A/B testing).
  • Lead content strategy across digital channels.
  • Run performance campaigns (paid search, social, retargeting).
  • Track effectiveness: traffic, leads, conversions.
  • Own and drive SEO strategy across all markets.
  • Improve search visibility and integrate SEO into content development.
  • Implement omnichannel lead generation for B2B and B2C.
  • Manage email and marketing automation.
  • Apply lead scoring and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Manage a digital team (social, content, performance, automation).
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, Sales, CX, and Product to align digital initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of new digital tools and technologies.
  • Define and monitor KPIs; evaluate campaign performance and budget efficiency.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or digital transformation
  • Proven success in running digital campaigns across multiple markets (EU preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, content performance, automation, and analytics
  • Strong experience in digital funnel building and optimization
  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – required

Nice to have

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
  • Background in logistics, e-commerce, or service industries
  • Familiarity with CRM, MarTech tools, UX/UI or e-commerce platforms
  • Experience working in agile or matrix organizations
