We are looking for a Channel Campaigns Promotion Manager to develop, plan, and execute multi-channel media campaigns across 7 European countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria. You will manage the full media cycle — from strategy development to media buying, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. This role is ideal for a professional experienced in media planning, media purchasing, and working with media agencies, who wants to drive Meest’s brand growth on an international scale.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective media strategies covering both online and offline channels for corporate and individual customer segments.
- Coordinate and integrate media activities across multiple countries, ensuring campaign alignment with global marketing goals.
- Manage media budgets with a strong focus on ROI and cost control; negotiate and collaborate with media houses and advertising agencies.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across digital (programmatic, social media, search) and traditional media (TV, radio, outdoor, print).
- Analyze target audiences, consumer behavior, and market trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports, evaluate results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns to ensure successful execution within deadlines and budget limits.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, media planning, or media buying, preferably with international exposure.
- Hands-on experience managing media budgets and purchasing advertising, with proven collaboration with media agencies or houses — mandatory.
- Understanding of the European media market and ability to adapt strategies to regional specifics.
- Proficient in working across various advertising channels — digital and traditional.
- Strong analytical skills for campaign evaluation, KPI tracking, and budget optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory for international cooperation.
